BY APPOINTMENT & LIMITED WALK-IN
We will be accepting clients BY APPOINTMENT and LIMITED walk-in. You can book ONLINE or by PHONE. We ask for your patience and understanding as all of our service chairs are placed at 2M (6FT) apart so we will be operating at a reduced capacity for everyone’s safety.
FACE MASKS + CLEAN HANDS
Our team members will wear face masks and never start service without clean hands. For the safety of our staff, you will be REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE MASK AND SANITIZE YOUR HANDS UPON ENTRY. We encourage you to wear your own reusable mask, otherwise, disposable masks will be made available for $2. Proceeds will be donated to the Vancouver General Hospital. As this is an intimate personal service, we are unable to proceed without a proper face covering.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. We also ask that you arrive at your appointment alone, without companions, or children as we are limited in the amount of guests we can have in our brow bars at one time.
ELECTRONIC GUEST HEALTH INTAKE FORM
After booking your appointment, you will receive an email booking confirmation with an electronic client intake form. Please complete this form prior to your appointment.
NO PUBLIC WASHROOM
We will not be providing Public Washrooms due to COVID-19.
- Service chairs are sanitized with medical grade disinfectant
- All working surfaces are sanitized with medical grade disinfectant.
- All tools are sterilized according to Health Canada standards. If it can’t be sterilized, it’s thrown out.
- Extra time between services for thorough sterilization and disinfecting
HAND SANITIZER STATIONS
Hand sanitizer stations are located upon entry and by every service chair. You can also wash your hands at our wash station located in the brow bar.
- All high-touch items throughout the salon have been replaced or removed.
- Door handles and high-touch surfaces are disinfected regularly throughout the day.
IF YOU'RE SICK OR HAVE TRAVELLED OUTSIDE OF CANADA
If you are COVID-19 symptomatic or have travelled outside of Canada within the past 14 days, please reschedule your appointment.
We will be limiting our appointments to a maximum of 1hr and will not be providing full face services at this time. Although we will always try our very best to accommodate late start times, we also reserve the right to make changes to an appointment if you arrive late for your appointment. Please provide a minimum of 4 hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment.
NO HANDSHAKES OR HUGS
We’ve missed our guests and would love to hug and catch up, but we'll be avoiding handshakes, hugs and keeping chatting to a minimum. For any facial services, we ask there be no talking at all.
WE PREFER CREDIT/DEBIT
We will be accepting Credit or Debit only. IWe will email you a receipt of your services at your request.
PLEASE BE FLEXIBLE & UNDERSTANDING
We are operating at reduced capacity and will be requiring staff to stay home if they are symptomatic, which may result in your appointment booking out further than normal or being rescheduled in the case a team member is not well. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to keep everyone safe.
